Basic Camp Info for age group 8-12:
This bootcamp is a great starting point to introduce juniors to the sport of SQUASH. Basic fundamentals of the game will be covered during the week. Aspects covered will include: grip, stance, swing, serve, return of serve, footwork, & the basic rules. Specialized exercises, drills, and games will be used to work on each fundamental area of the game.
Basic Camp Info for age group 13-18:
This bootcamp is geared to those juniors who may already be on their respective prep school squash teams and for those who are interested in trying out for their teams. It is also for anyone just looking to learn the game or add to their existing skills. Besides basic fundamentals coverage will include stroke production, movement and court craft with added emphasis on tactics, strategy and match play.
Snacks and beverages provided for all campers. There will also be raffle and competition based prizes for those who qualify.
