1. Jump on the court without a warmup
2. Get too close to the ball
3. Forget to follow the ball as it goes behind them
4. Stand and watch/admire their shot
5. Don’t think about their next shot
6. Try to hit too hard
7. Aim too low
8. Weight kept on heels instead of on balls of feet
9. Racket is not prepared
10. Incorrect grip (closed)

Cliff has over 20 years experience teaching and playing international squash. He is certified as a teaching pro at the highest level by the Professional Squash Association (PSA) and is also a US Squash National Verifier.
