HEAD and internationally renowned squash player Ramy Ashour recently announced the decision to cancel their three-year partnership agreement. HEAD and Ashour mutually decided to part ways after completing a successful year-long partnership.
"We appreciate all that Ashour did to help develop the HEAD squash brand and we wish him great success in the future," said Robert Marte, executive vice president of the racquet sports division.
Ashour played with the HEAD Metallix 130 and enjoyed victory in 2007 at the Canadian Open, Kuwait Open and Qatar Classic. In 2008, Ashour won the Tournament of Champions, the Canadian Squash Classic and the Hurghada International Open.
HEAD wishes Ramy Ashour all the best for the future.
