England Squash
England Squash is the governing body for the sports of Squash and Racketball in England. We have a long and proud history of being among the nation’s most successful and popular sports.
As part of our drive to create greater participation, profile and success, we have set up a Marketing & Communication Department based at our head office at the National Squash Centre in Sportcity, Manchester. Recent and ongoing activities of the department include a Squash & Racketball Survey, a rebranding of the organisation as well as a website re-launch.
Part of this remit of this department is the administration of Membership Services to our 50,000 members – and so we’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to take on the role of Membership Coordinator.
Whilst the administration of our current offering is vital so is our ability to offer differing products, services and benefits to our members moving forward.
This is an important, customer facing role which will evolve as the services that we offer our members evolve. The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for:
· The day to day management of membership administration and services, including
· The administration of all data relating to the ES membership and the management of the membership database
· Assisting in other areas of the Marketing & Communications Department as required
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, will be able to deal with customers on a professional basis and have the ability to be forward thinking as we develop our membership services. Whilst relevant experience in database administration, ideally in a membership context is desirable, it is not essential.

Salary: £20,000 plus generous benefits package
