New Zealand's top junior boys headline the field for this weekend's North Island Junior Age Group Squash Championships in Henderson.

The world championship bound trio of Evan Williams, Cameron Jamieson and Keegan Burkhart are all taking part, as they cap off preparations before heading off to represent the country in Switzerland later this month.

Williams and Jamieson are seeded to meet in the final of the under 19 boys event, although fourth seeded Burkhart will be hoping to cause a upset to prevent that.  The other fly in the ointment could be third seed Alex Grayson, who narrowly missed out on a spot in the world championship team, and has had some impressive results since.

Meanwhile, Auckland's Lana Harrison is tipped to take out the under 19 girls title, but could face a stiff challenge from second seed Amanda Landers-Murphy from Central.  Landers-Murphy's confidence should be sky-high, after winning the just completed South Island Junior Age Group Championship title in Christchurch.

The North Island Junior Age Group Squash Championships start on Friday.
