Articlates well the future needs of the PSA of that there is no doubt, and I wish him well in his efforts, but what again worries me nonetheless is no mention of grass roots squash, ie attracting new people to the sport, keeping and fostering those new players into long term supporters of the game, future PSA players will come from the beginners we inspire today, there seems reference to this fact.
